Today’s bounty from the regenerative garden at home. There’s lots of large courgettes, which kept growing because we couldn’t find the time to pick them. Still delicious. Also eggplants, crispy Romana salad, silverbeet, summer spinach, and wonderful green Italian Caroselli, which look like and are melons, but taste a bit like cucumbers!

We’ve sailed through a scheduled inspection of our lab, workspaces, and workflow at the farm by the ASL, who monitor and approve health and safety procedures in food transformation environments, and shown what we’re working on to our friend Dario Cortese of @living.soil.dario, who is always so knowledgeable and helpful.
