The rows of camomile growing happily in the grove at the farm, along with a few rogue poppies! We have to hurry now, and hope the weather holds, because they’re ready to pick. The drying room has to be set up too, and the distillation equipment prepared.

We’ve been busy with soap, and ads for the tapenades, and there’s ongoing work in the grove at home, the nursery, and the vegetable gardens, reinstalling the watering system before the summer heat. We’re also putting the third grove back into production this year, too, so it’s a very busy time.
