Potting and reseeding the trays outside the little nursery in the sun beside the house. We have ten types of corn, silverbeet, tomatoes, and sweet potato which will be replanted in the vegetable garden at home, and a range of officinal plants including sage, beebalm, hyssop, oregano, and summer savory which will end up at the farm.
We’re talking to a few restaurants in Rome who are interested in our products, so we have to schedule a couple of trips down there in the coming weeks, and the long bed of camomile in the grove at the farm is almost ready to be harvested, so we have to finish setting up the drying room for that too. There’s a lot to do!
