Clear calculations
Shipping costs are calculated by total weight in clearly defined weight classes, not by the number of items, so you can always buy more and ship it for the same price. Shipping one 750ml bottle or six bottles, for instance, both fall within the same weight class of 0-5kg, so the shipping cost is the same.
Transparent pricing
Shipping is calculated on total cart weight and displayed in the Cart and on the Checkout page after you enter your delivery address details. The price is final and includes tax, and updates immediately when you add or remove items from the cart.
No processing fees
Some European countries charge an import customs fee, so please check that, and we are obliged by law to charge 22% VAT on all shipping, but we don’t add any other extra administrative or processing price.

We use international couriers to delivery all orders in Italy and the EU. We chose them because they’re good, fast, cheap, and professional. Estimated delivery time is between 3-7 days to any address in Europe. If your country isn’t listed during checkout, contact us and we’ll find the best option for your delivery.
