The raw ingredients are grown organically in our gardens and greenhouses with only natural fertilizers and composts, and made in our kitchens without any preservatives, additives, or artificial flavoring. The gardens are tended and watered according to stringent biological standards and regenerative farming practices.

The sauce has a rustic and earthy taste, with a dark and slightly musky scent of undergrowth and wood. It is excellent as a generous spread on bread or bruschetta with butter, and even with oil and pepper as a country flavor pasta sauce on fettucine.
