The raw ingredients are grown organically in our gardens and greenhouses with only natural fertilizers and composts, and made in our kitchens without any preservatives, additives, or artificial flavoring. The gardens are tended and watered according to stringent biological standards and regenerative farming practices.

The truffle sauce has a rustic and earthy taste, with a dark and slightly musky scent of undergrowth and wood. The black olive tapenade is rich and salty with a slightly pungent and dry taste, and the red onion preserve is delicately sweet and sour, slightly vinegary, and moist but still crisp. Each flavor is distinct yet complimentary, and are delicious on bread or bruschetta, with cheeses or dips, and even with meats or pastas.
