The little nursery on the patio at home in the afternoon sun. It’s a cheap and simple thing, but effective, and where we usually start our seed beds before moving the little plants to the farm or the vegetable gardens. It’s early Spring, there’s lots to do, but it’s time for the babies.
We’re planting four types of spinach, pak choi chinese cabbage, rodelika carrots, white onions, agretti, batata sweet potato, different types of peppers, and eggplants. We’d eat agretti year round if we could but it’s seasonal, and now’s the time, so we’re planting as much as we can!
