The first signs of Spring, finally. There’s warmth in the sun – when it’s not raining – the night birds are chirping, and our Mimosa trees on the side of the property at home are in full bloom all of a sudden. And early! So the next round of testing our oleolite making process is going to be Mimosa!

We just need a few sunny, dry days to pick flowers, but there’s so many other things to do on these grey, wet, miserable days that we’re a bit overwhelmed. We’ve had sales, too, which is lovely, and that’s something we do have to focus on more intently now, as well.
