Working in the grove at home on a chilly winter afternoon. We’re starting up the original vegetable garden next to the house again and planting legumes. It’s cold and often stormy, but it’s a quick job squeezed between everything else we’re doing.

We’re working hard at the farm planting officinal plants in the grove and preparing the storeroom for our annual biological certification inspection.
