Sunset in the olive grove at home at the end of a chilly December afternoon. We’ve been in the vegetable garden collecting leeks and white eggplants, picking the last of the calendula flowers, and preparing to hibernate a section of garden under a thick layer of organic compost and hay until Spring.

We’ve got more work at the farm, including repairs to a door and window in the small building adjacent to the main house that we’re converting into a drying station for our officinal plants, and our yearly biological certification to prepare for as well.
