This year’s harvest is an excellent crop of the finest biological extra virgin olive oil from our groves in Viterbo, Italy. Our groves are monocultivar, with only a single type of the rare and lovely Canino olives, and the crop has been excellent this year; rich and smooth, but with a lovely slightly fruity pungency and notes of grass to the taste.

Happily, there were no great disasters. Nothing broke, the weather was good, and our little crew was available at the right time. We didn’t beat any yield records this year, but we’ve got hundreds and hundreds of litres of our signature Olevo oil oil sale now and a new batch of our fantastic country tapenades available too!
