There&#8217;s much to do, but summer is finally over so it&#8217;s time to refocus and plan carefully for the busy weeks and months ahead. Harvest is approaching fast.<\/p>\n<p>We need rain, and there&#8217;s been a storm or two recently, finally, but the groves are thriving and there&#8217;s a lot of olives this year. The grass is burnt dry after the summer heatwave but will recover soon enough, and the farm and vegetable gardens need our attention.
