We had storms for hours, lots of rain, and an extraordinary partial eclipse through black clouds and lightning, but even though the next days are forecast to be cooler there&#8217;s no sign of it at all.<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;ve been working on plans for new olive oil labels, with new rules and requirements published by the Italian government to study and comply with. There&#8217;s rosemary to pick and distill at the farm, plus dried camomile in the drying room waiting for us to cold infuse in oil.
