There&#8217;s lots of large courgettes, which kept growing because we couldn&#8217;t find the time to pick them. Still delicious. Also eggplants, crispy Romana salad, silverbeet, summer spinach, and wonderful green Italian Caroselli, which look like and are melons, but taste a bit like cucumbers!<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;ve sailed through a scheduled inspection of our lab, workspaces, and workflow at the farm by the ASL, who monitor and approve health and safety procedures in food transformation environments, and shown what we&#8217;re working on to our friend Dario Cortese of @living.soil.dario, who is always so knowledgeable and helpful.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today&#8217;s bounty from the regenerative garden at home.
