We&#8217;ve been in the vegetable garden collecting leeks and white eggplants, picking the last of the calendula flowers, and preparing to hibernate a section of garden under a thick layer of organic compost and hay until Spring.<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;ve got more work at the farm, including repairs to a door and window in the small building adjacent to the main house that we&#8217;re converting into a drying station for our officinal plants, and our yearly biological certification to prepare for as well.
