Our groves are monocultivar, with only a single type of the rare and lovely Canino olives, and the crop has been excellent this year; rich and smooth, but with a lovely slightly fruity pungency and notes of grass to the taste.<\/p>\n<p>Happily, there were no great disasters. Nothing broke, the weather was good, and our little crew was available at the right time.
