Like a number of things over the years, we don&#8217;t entirely know what we&#8217;re doing yet so we&#8217;ve planted rather more calendula than we intended. We swear it was only half a small bag of seeds&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>The flowers are picked and marinated in airtight glass jars marinating in our Olevo extravirgin biological olive oil, to make the first of a range of officinal oils that we are working on this year, part of an exciting new project we have been building.
