It&#8217;s time to mow and mulch, but the weather has been filthy and we need the ground to dry out a bit before trundling over it with a heavy tractor.<\/p>\n<p>The soil is rich and dark and moist, and the favino will add nitrogen and nutrients before we build our planting rows and lay irrigation between the olive trees in a few weeks time.
