Pruning the olive trees in the grove at home on a bitterly cold winter’s day. Because we had decided on a major pruning, we hired a specialist. The branches, twigs, and leaves we cut and leave on the ground between the rows of trees, and a friend is coming over with his tractor to mulch everything into the earth, returning their nutrients to the soil. We’ve also finishing building the piping between the rainwater collection tanks to irrigate the regenerative garden so it’s been a busy and productive weekend!<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
