After a social media break over Christmas and a difficult and emotional month, we&#8217;re back at work, back at the farm, and busy with new products, new oil, new labels, new orders, and a whole heap of admin.<\/p>\n<p>As soon as we get a break in the terrible winter weather we will be able to turn to the list of jobs we have at the farm; constructing the nursery in the greenhouses, reseeding the grove for the Spring planting, and learning how to prune cypress trees, which we&#8217;ve never done before. We&#8217;d hire someone but we&#8217;re cheapskates, and we really do want to learn how to do it ourselves.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Welcome back and Happy New Year!
