First at the farm, and then at the family grove, with a different crew. We have to hope that the weather will hold, because the olives are telling us that they&#8217;re ready! <\/p>\n<p>In the meantime though, with a change of schedule, we have much to do. There&#8217;s a large international order to be fulfilled, and the boxing and labelling to be finished. We&#8217;ve taken delivery of a big shipment of packing boxes custom printed with our Olevo logo, and we&#8217;ve decided on and paid for the long greenhouse tables that will be delivered as soon as we&#8217;ve finished olive picking.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our olive harvesting has been delayed a week after the heavens opened and it rained for three days, so we&#8217;re reconvening this coming week and trying again.
