We&#8217;ve even found time to take another course! <\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s so much to do, and a timetable now as well. Harvest season is approaching, we have a certification inspection to prepare for, work on the greenhouses has to be finished, and we have a cover crop to sow in the grove as soon as we&#8217;ve harvested. The vegetable gardens forgive, though, and we now have a crop of incredible succulent tomatoes along with the silverbeets and peppers and corgettes. And the weeds and wild grasses.
