And yes, this is what months of unrelenting heatwave does to grass. It doesn&#8217;t look lush and pretty, but it&#8217;s an important and necessary stage in the seasons of a olive grove. <\/p>\n<p>The trees are healthy and robust, and thrive in the heat, and the olive seedlings are growing fast now in the long, hot hours of sunshine, heading towards Olevo&#8217;s traditional late harvest at the end of October, early November.
