And the first section from spring and summer has already been cleared and mulched and returned to the earth; heavily watered and covered with thick black plastic for the winter months to further enrich the soil.<\/p>\n<p>The weather is warm and the recent storms have passed and olive harvest is soon. So we&#8217;re busy preparing for that and keeping a careful eye on the weather forecast while also responding to business inquiries and preparing for an end of year ad campaign.
