We&#8217;re a family business and these are our groves, tended without pesticides or chemicals and certified 100% biological.<\/p>\n<p>We pick by hand and manual rakes each harvest season with the help of family and friends and a few local workers, and cold press without soaps at the local mill using no preservatives or additives or mixing from any other sources.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s the oil on our table at home, produced in small exclusive quantities each year, and sold to friends, family, a few select restaurants in Rome, and on our website.
