It&#8217;s the oil that&#8217;s on our table and in our kitchen and which we sell to a select number of customers and restaurants and on our website, .<\/p>\n<p>We tend to the trees ourselves, use no pesticides or chemicals, hand pick and sort the olives ourselves with the help of friends and local workers, and have the oil cold-pressed at the local mill without any water or additives or preservatives at the end of every harvest day.
