The oil is 100% biological certified, cultivated organically in fields seeded with herbs and flowers, and cold-pressed without preservatives or chemicals at the local mill.<\/p>\n<p>Our groves are in the mineral rich volcanic soil in the hills outside Viterbo, Italy.
