Watering the cornflower seedlings in the greenhouse at the farm on a cold December afternoon. They’ll spend the winter here, warm and protected, before we plant them in the new flower beds in the new year, next to the camomile.
Our ads are running so there’s a lot of other things to do now, with new orders coming in, a fresh batch of tapenades to make, and plans for 2026 to discuss. We’re also in the middle of taking a one week olive oil tasting course, and are learning so many fascinating things about a whole other side of the business. Then it will be Christmas!
