The greenhouses at the farm are going to be a nursery growing plants, vegetables, herbs, and flowers, all potted on large metal growing tables sourced second hand from a defunct local business. We’ve made a friend, too, the business owner who is helping us measure and prepare these concrete blocks to set the tables on.

We’ve come through the worst of a cold weather period, so this is a good first job for the new year in conjunction with preparing this year’s tapenades, lots of admin, and learning new ways to work with different rhythms and responsibilities in preparation for the busy year ahead.
