The trailer nestled in the gap between the olive trees in our front yard and the row of tall oaks that line the edge of the property overlooking the valley down towards Viterbo. It’s fine parked here for now while we run around taking care of family business, return to work on the farm, and prepare for the release of this year’s new olive oil harvest and tapenades!

Our first grove is here on the hill behind the house, the second at the family farm on the other side of town. In addition to this, though, we have been actively looking for a new grove to buy as well. We feel it’s the right time to expand and we’re ambitious to do so, but we’ve got a very clear idea of what we’re looking for, what we need, and what we’re hoping to find so it’s a long process.
