Our little crew of family and friends harvesting the last row of olive trees at the front of the grove at the farm. It took four days, the weather was good and the yield fantastic, with an extraordinary number of plump, richly colored olives happily carted off the the mill at the end of every day.
The grove at the farm makes our lovely multicultivar oil, a rich and smooth blend of Canino, Leccino, and Frantioio olives that has notes of almonds and artichoke. It makes a lovely complement to our signature Olevo monocultivar Canino oil, which we produce from the home grove. Opinions may differ, but we love both, and sell both exclusively on our website.
