We’ve taken a short break in the mountains, but before that we were in the regenerative gardens at home in the late afternoon sunshine with one of our daughters , harvesting bell peppers, silverbeet, red and gold onions, and beetroot. There was a lot of de-weeding too, because the wild spinach and carrot and amaranth (while we eat it) was enjoying the organic mulch and love and care just as much as everybody else, and it was getting a bit out of control
We have international orders to take care of when we return, plus a list of tasks for the farm. There are a few more repairs and improvements to be made, but we have built and structured everything for the way we are going to work there, so our attention turns back to the grove and greenhouses again after having worked our way around the whole property.
