One of two greenhouses at the farm nestling among the trees behind the lovely mulberry at the edge of the grove in the late afternoon. The ground will be turned and prepared according to the principles of regenerative farming that we follow, and used as the nursery and small plants and herbs greenhouse for the growing range of raw ingredients that we use in our products.

Integrating the farm fully into our work routine has required carefully consideration and planning, but being there almost every day working hard on the repairs and extensive improvements has brought everything we are doing into focus. We’re convinced, but we discuss everything, question our thinking, and talk about it again. We’re a small family company, and this is a BIG commitment that has to work for us simply, clearly, and efficiently.
