One of the small buildings at the farm adjacent to the farmhouse, undergoing repairs to the roof. It was always used by our mother as a sales point for her jams and sauces, which we are renovating and repurposing. The roof repairs are almost finished, the major pruning of the large trees is done, and then we can get to preparing the greenhouses and front field and trimming back the overgrown hedges and grass.

This is a major undertaking for us, one that took a year or two of carefully considering how to integrate the farm into our existing business. We had to think our way into it, not only to figure out how to do it, but why, and most importantly taking the time tounderstand how we actually felt about doing it. This is still evolving, but we’re letting the idea of it grow organically, like our gardens.
