The weather is warm, the sun is shining, and we’re all working extremely hard on repairs at the farm, but some people are out in the garden enjoying themselves pouring liberal amounts of YOUR biological extra virgin olive oil on warm baked gluten free homemade bread, sprinkling it with salt, and eating it with freshly chopped tomatoes from our garden. They’re enjoying the smooth, rich, slightly fruity taste, the slight pungency and grassy notes of real italian extra virgin olive oil, cold pressed at our local mill and bottled by us, for you. Or they’re having a wonderful time spreading large scoops of our truffle sauce, black olive tapenade, or our sweet and sour onion preserve on the bread and devouring that too. If you don’t buy it, we’re going to eat it ourselves.
