This is our sweet and sour caramel onion preserve, fresh, crunchy, moist, and made with biological white wine vinegar, natural sugars, and fresh red onions grown in our very own regenerative gardens with organic composts and natural fertilizers without any preservatives, additives, or artificial colors.
It’s slightly tart, with a delicately sweet and slightly sour and vinegary taste that is moist yet still crisp in the mouth, and it’s delicious on bread with or without butter as a snack or entre, as a topping on a choice of dry cheeses, and even as a garnish on grilled red meats or poultry.
