Planting new seedlings in the vegetable garden at the top of the the property, which has been a real success. We rethought our whole process, researched, took a number of courses, and transformed the way we work to fully embrace the principles and practices of regenerative farming. It provides us with a constant, abundant supply of vegetables year round, and uses only natural composts and microbes.
These principles underline our commitment to 100% biological authentic Italian farm grown products of the highest standards in quality and taste. It’s the way we make our select range of tapenades, and our biological olive oil comes from groves we keep in long grass seeded with herbs and flowers and cultivate organically without any pesticides, artificial fertilizers, or chemicals.
