One of our long-term personal passion projects has been our line of pure olive oil Castile soaps, based on ancient traditional recipes from the Levant. The name comes from the Castile region of Spain, where it was made and exported from in large quantities through Europe in the middle ages, but it’s origins are even older.

Many modern Castile soaps are approximations, made with very little olive oil and lots of chemicals and artificial scents, but our Castile is made using these ancient traditional production techniques and recipes, with pure Olevo biological olive oil and nothing else, except for our little fresh twist in the place of laurel leaves; a peppermint or a rosemary.
