So… a New Year and so many things to do and work on; different projects, new opportunities, ongoing commitments, and “the usual.” Building out the website to include our new Value Packs was a fairly straightforward task, but a number of the things we’re working on require careful research and consideration.

We have to find the time for all of it, including the vegetable garden, new upcoming products, re-ordering things we need, and building a solid plan for the farm in 2024. The weather is still relatively mild and it’s raining, which is lovely, and the grass in the groves is growing, which is an important part of the organic farming protocol we follow. Everything is at it should be, so it’s a nice moment to pause before the exciting year ahead.
