Our regenerative gardens are thriving, and need our attention even though we’re busy with the hard work and excitement of harvesting this year’s olives. All our new products are farm grown in real air and water using only natural composts and without any pesticides or chemicals. The gardens also feed our family, year round, and the late autumn, and winter vegetables need tending.

Hopefully there will be no repeat of the Great Pumpkin Disaster of 2022, when they got a bit out of control and popped up everywhere, meaning we ate a lot of pumpkin all winter. Sofar the silverbeet, salad, peppers, sweet potato, eggplant, and other winter vegetables are growing beautifully. The pumpkin is behaving itself, too.
