One of the first truly warm days of the approaching summer in the grove above the house on the hill looking down over Viterbo. After the busy pruning and mulching period we cut the grass, which gets added to the compost, and regenerate and replant the family vegetable gardens.

We are also busy this year constructing the large new vegetable garden and natural irrigation system at the top of the garden, and preparing our new products for imminent release. Our new olive tapenade, truffle sauce, and onion preserve will be released in a matter of weeks, and there are labels to print, product photos to take, and a website to rebuild…
