Olevo is a small family business in Viterbo Italy. We have olive groves and vegetable gardens and greenhouses and a farm, and cats and children and friends. The oil we produce is in our kitchen and on our dining room table, and the preserves and sauces we make are in our fridge. All our products are organically produced and biologically certified.

Our first grove, the heart of our business, is at home in the hills overlooking the town. It’s outside our bedroom windows and in the front garden and all the way up to the back of the property. We start work at home, and live amongst the lovely trees that form the core of our business and all our products. For us it’s a joy, and the beautiful spring sunsets over the front patio make it even lovelier.
