Olevo is an independent olive oil producer, a family run business in Viterbo, Italy that makes a small amount of the highest quality biological extra virgin olive oil on sale now, and a small range of preserves and sauces which are available soon exclusively on our website, .

As a small family company, we do everything ourselves; the groves are maintained and worked by us, we pick the olives by hand during harvest ourselves, we produce the oil at our local cooperative mill and make the preserves and sauces from our own farm grown produce, and we bottle the oil and design the labels and take the product photos ourselves as well.
