The last of the pruning and mulching for the year, an important task in the maintenance of the trees to ensure their health and wellbeing. The mulch goes into the compost bins and larger pit along with the grass cuttings, kitchen scraps and vegetable peels, and after a good year of composting it becomes the principal fertilizer in our greenhouses and vegetable gardens.

Our oil and food products are organically grown and biological certified. It’s the single, fundamental principle at the heart of our business and which guides and directs everything we do. We don’t use any pesticides or herbicides in our groves, or any preservatives or additives in our products. The raw produce comes from our own groves and gardens, the products are made exclusively from our produce at local mills and labs, and we even bottle and label and ship the products ourselves too!
