Olevo is pure extra virgin biological olive oil from Italy, made from a single varietal Canino olive tree which produces a smooth, rich, and moderately fruity tasting oil, with some grassy notes and a slight pungency at the front of the palate.
Our oil is of the highest quality, cultivated organically without herbicides or pesticides, certified 100% biological, hand-picked, and cold-pressed at the local mill without preservatives or chemicals. It is an excellent, full flavoured cooking oil for frying or simmering or dressing hot pastas at the table, and perfect as a cold salad dressing or general table oil.
