Our business begins here, our first grove on the hill behind our family home outside Viterbo in Italy, which began a family business tending our own groves without pesticides or chemicals and producing certified 100% biological extra virgin olive oil. We pick and sort by hand and with manual rakes, press the oil at the local cooperative mill at the end of every harvest day, and bottle and label the oil ourselves, too.

It’s the oil in our kitchen and on our table, and we produce an exclusive amount of the highest quality extra virgin olive oil in our three groves each year which we sell to friends, family, a few select restaurants in Rome, a couple of worldwide exporters, and on our website. It’s also the basis of the soaps, sauces and tapenades that we are introducing later this year.
