Olevo is pure extra virgin biological olive oil from Italy, 100% certified biological, cultivated organically, hand-picked and cold-pressed at the local mill without preservatives or chemicals. It is an excellent full-flavoured cooking oil for frying meats or vegetables, or simmering sauces or caseroles, or as a general table oil on cold salads and bread, soon with our new product line of olive tapenade, truffle sauce, and pesto.
We only produce a small amount each year, for ourselves, for family and friends, for a few select restaurants in Rome, a couple of exporters, and for sale exclusively on our website. It’s the oil produced from our olives in our groves, and is the oil on our table at home and in our kitchen.
