We are committed to local business, traditional farming techniques, and organic products, pick and sort by hand and with manual rakes, cold press at the local cooperative mill at the end of every harvest day, and bottle and label the oil ourselves, too
We produce an exclusive amount of the highest quality first cold press monocultivar Canino biological extra virgin olive oil each year, which we sell to friends, family, a few select restaurants in Rome, a couple of worldwide exporters, and on our website, . It’s the oil that’s on our table and in our kitchen at home, and the basis of the soaps, truffle sauce, olive tapenade, and pesto that we are introducing early this year.
