We’re a family business and these are our groves which produce the oil that’s on our table at home. We produce an exclusive amount of the highest quality biological extra virgin olive oil each year, which we sell to friends, family, a few select restaurants in Rome, a couple of worldwide exporters, and on our website, .

We are committed to local business, traditional farming techniques, and organic products, and use no herbicides or pesticides in our groves, nor any additives or preservatives in our oil. We pick by hand and with manual rakes, cold press at the local cooperative mill at the end of every harvest day, and bottle and label the oil ourselves, too.
