The driveway to the farm, the laboratory, kitchens, the greenhouses, and our mother’s olive grove, one of three in the region of Viterbo Italy that forms the core of our olive oil and olive products family business.

We are producing truffle sauce, olive paste, and pesto sauce this year, made with the very best of our biological extra virgin cold pressed olive oil, plus a limited range of pure olive oil soaps. Everything comes from what’s beyond this driveway and from our groves, fields, and greenhouses.

We’re a dedicated small local family business and believe in and practice responsible and sustainable organic farming, and these exciting developments this year are part of our committment to the honor of living on and working the land in our local community.
